What we deliver
Starter Build — $899: A custom single-page website, mobile-responsive, click-to-call, Google Maps embed, 1 year of hosting. Delivered within 48 hours. Includes 1 revision round.
Growth Build — $1,799: Multi-page site, booking/inquiry form, Google Reviews widget, gallery, basic on-page SEO. Includes 2 revision rounds.
Pro / eCommerce — $3,200: Up to 10 pages or a full WooCommerce/Shopify store with payment gateway, analytics, and priority queue.
Our guarantee: You see and approve a preview before anything goes live. If you’re not happy after revision rounds are complete, contact us and we will make it right.

Payment
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe at time of purchase.
- Build fees are one-time charges. Care Plans are annual subscriptions that auto-renew.
- You will receive a renewal reminder at least 14 days before your Care Plan renewal date.
- Your build includes one year of standard domain registration (a .ca or .com), up to $25/year in value, registered in your name — you own it. If you choose a premium or aftermarket domain that costs more than that, we quote the difference and add it to your order before you pay. We never register a paid domain without your approval.

Delivery timeline
- Starter Build: within 48 hours of payment.
- Growth Build: within 48 hours of payment (priority queue).
- Pro / eCommerce: timeline confirmed at time of order.
- If we cannot meet a timeline due to technical issues, we will notify you by email with an updated estimate.

Revisions
- Starter Build: 1 revision round, submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Growth Build: 2 revision rounds, submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- A revision round is one consolidated set of changes sent in a single email.
- Revisions do not include full redesigns or additional pages beyond the plan.

Your domain and ownership
- Domains are registered in your name as the registrant from day one. You own the domain.
- If you cancel a Care Plan, we transfer the domain and all website files to you at no charge.
- You always retain full ownership of your website files and content.

Hosting and Care Plans
- All build plans include 1 year of hosting. After year one, ongoing hosting requires a Care Plan ($149/yr Starter, $249/yr Growth, $499/yr Active).
- If a Care Plan lapses, your site enters a 30-day grace period — still live, no changes. After 30 days it goes offline.
- You receive your full website files and domain transfer instructions before any site goes offline.
- Care Plans auto-renew annually. Cancel auto-renewal by emailing us at least 14 days before your renewal date.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use your website to publish illegal content, distribute spam or malware, infringe on intellectual property rights, impersonate another business, or facilitate fraud. WebsiteMill reserves the right to suspend hosting for violations, with notice where practical.

Content and intellectual property
- You retain ownership of any content, photos, and text you provide.
- Upon payment and delivery, you receive full ownership of your website’s code and design.
- WebsiteMill may reference your business as a portfolio example unless you opt out by emailing us.
- Stock photos included in your build are licensed for your use through standard royalty-free licences.

Limitation of liability
WebsiteMill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior. We make no guarantees about search engine rankings or traffic volume.

Refunds
- Because we provide a free preview before purchase, refunds after payment are at our discretion.
- If your delivered site materially differs from the approved preview and we cannot resolve it, we will issue a full refund.
- Care Plan fees are non-refundable once the plan year has begun, except in cases of service failure on our part.
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once registration is complete.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
