How does the free preview work? +
Our system finds your business on Google Maps and automatically builds a custom demo site using your real business name, phone, address, category, and Google reviews. We email you the preview link — it's a fully functional HTML site. You don't pay anything until you see it and decide you want it.
How fast is "within 48 hours"? +
Usually much faster. Once payment clears, our automated system registers your domain through Namecheap, adds it to Cloudflare, configures DNS and SSL, and publishes your site. The whole process takes 30–60 minutes. You'll get a confirmation email with your live URL within an hour in most cases.
Can I request changes to the preview? +
Yes — email us at hello@websitemill.ca and we'll update the preview for you before you pay. After launch, Growth plan clients get 2 content update requests per year included. Starter clients can purchase individual updates.
What if I already have a domain? +
No problem. We can point your existing domain to your new site — just email us your domain registrar info after checkout. The domain registration credit isn't deducted from your price, but we'll help you get everything pointed correctly at no extra charge.
What happens after year one if I don't get the Care Plan? +
Your site stays live for the first year — domain and hosting are included. Before renewal, we'll email you options. You can add the Care Plan at any time, or you can take full ownership of your domain and files and self-manage. We give you an export of everything.
Is the site actually good? Or is it clearly AI-generated junk? +

We use custom HTML/CSS with Google Fonts, real content from your Google listing, and category-specific design systems — dark navy for trades, warm burgundy for restaurants, blush for salons, etc. Every site is built to look like a $5,000 agency website.
