Client and lead management

Who got in touch, what they want, who owns them, and what was promised by when. Every enquiry has one name against it and a clock running — so nothing goes quiet because everybody assumed somebody else had picked it up.

Staff portals

Your team signs in at their own door and sees what their job needs and nothing else. Managers see everyone; a rep sees their own customers. No shared password, no admin panel they can break.

Front-of-house tools

Check-in, passes, memberships, QR codes on printed signage that tell you which sign actually worked. Things the person at the counter uses fifty times a day, built to be used fifty times a day.

Systems integration

Connect the site to what you already run — booking platform, membership system, point of sale — so there is one place to look instead of four, and the numbers agree.

Reporting that gets read

A dashboard that answers the questions you actually ask: where enquiries came from, which of them turned into customers, what is overdue right now. On a screen on the wall if that suits you.

Systems review

A week, a fixed fee, and a written recommendation at the end. Sometimes the answer is that the software you already pay for does this — and that is a cheaper answer than the one we would rather sell you.

Recently built

A complete front-desk system for a Toronto martial arts gym: staff sign-in with roles, a lead list with a follow-up clock, four-day passes issued at the counter, camera scanning that names the rep to fetch, printed QR codes across the building, and a wall dashboard. Plus the 43-page website in front of it.

Every one of these is scoped before it is quoted — there is no price list, because there is no standard job. The review is the usual way in.
